Organic choices in food and drink

Our chefs create dishes with seasonal ingredients from sustainable producers but above all Swedish, locally produced ingredients in as much as possible, including vegetables grown at Restad Gård during the season. 

We focus on offering healthy and organic options that both taste good and are good for the environment. Our menus are carefully designed to minimize food waste and we are continuously working to control and reduce it.

Recycling and waste management

Recycling is an important part of our sustainability efforts. We have implemented comprehensive recycling programs to ensure that as much of our waste as possible is recycled and reused.
