FAQ

  • A large free parking lot is located right at the hotel entrance. Here you can also charge your electric car for a fee. We have four chargers available, and your own cable is required. To ensure you have access to a charger, please book this as soon as possible.

  • Gothenburg Stallbacka Airport is only 10 minutes by car from Hotel Hehrne. We are happy to help you book a taxi for your trip.

  • Vänersborg Central Station is just 4 kilometers from Hotell Hehrne and offers direct trains to Gothenburg, Karlstad, Varberg and Borås. Connecting buses take you easily to Restad Gård, where the hotel is located.

    In addition, you can easily book a taxi from Vänersborg's central station, as Taxi Vänersborg has its starting point there.

  • Check-in with us takes place from 15:00 at the reception. Please let us know if you arrive after 20:00.

    When should I check out? You must check out by 11:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to stay longer than this, you can purchase a late check-out.

  • We are open all year round. The reception is staffed from 07:00 to 20:00 every day, except during the summer and public holidays, when the reception is staffed longer.

  • We serve breakfast every day at: 07.30-10.30.

  • At check-in, you will receive the Wi-Fi password and can connect and use unlimited.

  • Have you forgotten something with us?
    These things happen! We take care of everything we find and keep it in a locked room. Everything is saved for 3 months, after which we donate what we can to the Red Cross. Contact the reception for handling forgotten items. If something is to be sent, you as a guest must pay for the handling and postage.

  • Yes, dogs are welcome in the pet-friendly rooms we have. There is a supplement of 295 sek per night.

  • We want you to feel safe when you book with us. That's why we have simple and clear cancellation rules that give you flexibility if your plans change.

    Individual bookings

    • If you book only bed and breakfast or a single room in a package, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

    • If canceled later, the first night will be charged.

    Group bookings

    • For group bookings, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival.

    • If canceled later than this, the reservation will be charged in full.

    Conferences

    • For conferences, we offer free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival.

    • In case of later cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
