In our restaurant, we serve lunch Tuesday to Friday 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM, and Á La Carte from 6:00 PM.

You will find our free parking area just outside the entrance.

Breakfast

We serve a breakfast buffet every day from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM on weekdays and 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM on weekends.

In the sculpture park by the river, you can exercise at our outdoor gym and the children can play in the playground.

Dog-friendly

As a family hotel, we also welcome dogs in our pet-friendly rooms.

FAQ

  • Ample free parking is available right at the hotel entrance. You can also charge your electric car here for a fee. We have four chargers available, and you need your own cable. To ensure you have access to a charger, please book your spot as soon as possible.

  • Gothenburg Stallbacka Airport is just a 10-minute drive from Hotel Hehrne. We are happy to help you book a taxi for your trip.

  • Vänersborg Central Station is just 4 kilometers from Hotel Hehrne and offers direct trains to Gothenburg, Karlstad, Varberg, and Borås. Connecting buses will easily take you to Restad Gård, where the hotel is located.

    In addition, you can easily book a taxi from Vänersborg Central Station, as Taxi Vänersborg is based there.

  • Check-in is from 15:00 at the reception. Please notify us if you will be arriving after 20:00.

    When should I check out? You must check out by 11:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to stay longer, you can purchase a late check-out.

  • We are open all year round. Staff are available at the reception from 07:00 to 20:00 every day, except during the summer and major holidays, when the reception is staffed for longer hours.

  • We serve breakfast every day from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

  • Upon check-in, you will receive the Wi-Fi password and can connect and use it without restrictions.

  • Did you forget something with us?
    It happens! We take care of everything we find and store it in a locked room. Everything is saved for 3 months, after which we donate what we can to the Red Cross. Contact the reception for handling of lost property. If something needs to be sent, you as a guest will be responsible for the handling and postage.

  • Yes, dogs are welcome with us to the extent that we have pet-friendly rooms available. There is an additional fee of 295 SEK per night.

  • We want you, as our guest, to feel secure when booking with us. Therefore, we have simple and clear cancellation policies that give you flexibility if your plans change.

    Individual bookings

    • If you only book accommodation and breakfast or a single room in a package, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

    • For cancellations made later than this, the cost of the first night will be charged.

    Group bookings

    • For group bookings, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival.

    • If cancellation occurs later than this, the entire booking will be charged.

    Conferences

    • For conferences, we offer free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival.

    • For cancellations made later than this, the full amount will be charged.
