Hotel Employee for Hotel Hehrne – where every day makes a difference
Would you like to work in a role where you combine service, structure, and meeting people – in an environment where no two days are the same? At Hotel Hehrne, we are now looking for committed employees for a dynamic position that includes reception, serving, and coordinating bookings.
About the position
In this position, you will work broadly in our daily operations with both practical and administrative tasks. You are an important link between guests, colleagues, and our various departments.
Your main work areas include:
Manage bookings and coordinate information between departments
Welcome guests, carry out check-ins and check-outs
Serve food and drinks in the restaurant and at conferences
Ensure that the booking system is updated and correct
Support the cleaning team when needed to guarantee a complete experience
We are looking for someone who
Accustomed to working at a high pace with many points of contact
Has worked with service and is passionate about creating good guest experiences
Has an eye for detail, is structured and solution-oriented
Communicates clearly and positively with both colleagues and guests
Takes initiative, acts independently and is confident in decision-making
Has previous experience from a hotel, preferably in reception or with bookings
