Hotel staff for Hotel Hehrne - where every day makes a difference
Do you want to work in a role where you combine service, structure and meetings with people - in an environment where no two days are the same? We at Hotel Hehrne are now looking for committed employees for a dynamic position that includes both reception, serving and coordination of bookings.
About the service
In this position, you will work extensively in our daily operations with both practical and administrative tasks. You are an important link between guest, colleagues and our different departments.
Your main areas of work include:
Manage bookings and coordinate information between departments
Welcoming guests, carrying out check-ins and check-outs
Serving food and drinks in restaurants and at conferences
Ensure that the booking system is up to date and accurate
Support the cleaning team when needed to ensure a holistic experience
We are looking for you who
Used to working at a fast pace with many interfaces
Has worked in service and is passionate about creating great guest experiences
Has an eye for detail, is structured and solution-oriented
Communicates clearly and positively with both colleagues and guests
Takes initiative, acts independently and is confident in decision-making
Have previous experience in hotels, preferably at the reception or with reservations
