Our cancellation policy
We want you to feel safe when you book with us. That's why we have simple and clear cancellation rules that give you flexibility if your plans change.
Individual bookings
If you book only bed and breakfast or a single room in a package, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
If canceled later, the first night will be charged.
Group bookings
For group bookings, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival.
If canceled later than this, the reservation will be charged in full.
Conferences
For conferences, we offer free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival.
In case of later cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
